Gut Makeover Breakfast Bowl

Serves 1

A handful of blueberries
2 tbsp milled flaxseeds, almonds, Brazil nuts (you can buy mixes in packets from supermarkets, ready milled eg Linwoods)

250ml of kefir (from cow’s milk, goat’s milk, or coconut milk)
1 tsp raw honey (optional)
A splash of coconut water (optional)

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
If you need to water it down further, use a splash of coconut water.
