The 10 Hour Diet chocolate milkshake

This is a quick, nutritious breakfast, portable meal or planned snack during your 10-hour eating window.

200ml organic unsweetened soya milk
1 tsp cacao powder
1 tbsp ground flaxseeds (also known as linseeds)

1 ice cube
1 banana (optional)

I’ve designed this one for those of you who don’t have a blender. Just put the powdered cacao and flaxseed into a glass with the soya milk and stir. Add ice if you fancy it. If you do have a blender, then whizz all the ingredients up and add a banana, which will sweeten it.
